Central elements of my clinic in Berlin-Charlottenburg are
• Chinese Medicine (TCM)
Acupuncture treatment supplemented with other applications of Chinese Medicine (TCM) like Moxibustion, Cupping, GuaSha, Herbal Medicine or Nutrition.• Systemic Therapy
As a naturopath and systemic therapist, I support you in developing yourself further and achieving your self-defined goals. I also provide therapeutic support for trauma, stress symptoms, compulsions or anxiety as well as panic attacks, states of exhaustion and depression. You are welcome to contact me!
Systemic Therapie

As a systemic therapist, I will accompany you through your individual process.
All aspects can be illuminated and new horizons open up. I see you!
In addition to the systemic conversation, I offer various forms of treatment such as hypno-coaching, individual constellations or other interventions.
Topics can include all aspects of your private or professional life. For example, professional or personal reorientation, dissatisfaction at work or in your private life, crises of meaning or life issues. Mental illnesses such as trauma, depression, anxiety or compulsions, panic attacks, exhaustion syndromes or stress symptoms are also included.
In my practice, I combine systemic therapy on the mental level and the various types of Chinese medicine treatment on the physical level to create a high-quality, mutually complementary form of therapy. This creates an extended solution space for you.

Sometimes you find yourself in difficult life situations or stuck in processes. Perhaps it is old beliefs or entrenched thought patterns that are preventing you from developing your abilities and potential in your current life or professional situation.
I will support you in a value-neutral way so that you can discover your resources and find suitable solutions for yourself.
I also incorporate salutogenesis into systemic therapy, which deals with the individual development and maintenance processes of health.
According to this, illness and health are not a state but a process.
I support you in adopting a benevolent attitude towards your issues and complaints.

Acupuncture

In my practice, the following additional fields of application of Chinese medicine can be incorporated into the classic acupuncture treatment with pulse and tongue diagnostics:
• Moxibustion is the heating of acupuncture points by burning dried mugwort herb, moxa. Various techniques can be used: a “warm needle”, a moxa cigar, a moxa cone or the rice grain moxa.
• Cupping: in cupping, spherical glasses are placed on the affected areas of skin with negative pressure. By pushing the glasses back and forth, tension and cramps can be relieved. This measure also promotes blood circulation.
• Nutritional advice: a diet that corresponds to the individual's constitution can make a significant contribution to recovery and maintaining health.
• Herbal medicine with indigenous herbs in the form of individual tea blends.
At the first session, a consultation is held to find out about the patient's medical history and current circumstances.
This is followed by the first treatment. The first session lasts around 1.5 hours. Each subsequent session can last either 45 minutes or 60 minutes.
Chinese medicine takes a holistic view of body, soul and spirit. It offers many philosophies and systems of action. When it comes to questions of right or wrong, the classic answer is: “it depends”. Chinese medicine always weighs things up in the respective context. There is no right or wrong; it depends on the perspective.
In acupuncture, I use pulse diagnosis to address acupuncture points on the meridians that have been carefully selected and matched to the person. I am influenced by the Japanese style. I use fine and thin needles. I also treat non-invasively with teishins, a metal stick that can be made of different metals. I also work osteopathically with my hands. Which methods are used is decided on an individual basis.
Acupuncture has a wide range of applications and can be used for a wide variety of complaints, see WHO-Liste Akupunktur.

About me

In addition to my practice, I continued to work part-time for a while in my previous profession as a qualified business economist with previous training as a tax clerk, as well as being self-employed. Finally, I focused all my attention on my practice. At the same time, I wanted to deepen my communication and language skills. The Systemic Personal and Business Coach follows a holistic approach and also combines my two professions. The holistic approach can already be found in Chinese medicine. This means that the systemic coach and Chinese medicine complement each other to form a single entity.
I had my qualification as a naturopath supervised by
Arche Medica
, Berlin. As a registered member of the
AGTCM e.V.
(Association for Chinese Medicine), I successfully completed a three-year training course in Chinese medicine and acupuncture at the Training Center for Chinese Medicine
Shou Zhong
e.V., Berlin. I attended the
Coaching Academy Berlin to become a systemic coach.

When I started studying Chinese medicine, I gained access to a world that I experience as open, broad, welcoming and embracing in its way of looking at things.
This is how I found my spiritual or philosophical home in Daoism. The approach of the Five Shen and their principles of action also have a great impact on me. I also have a systemic way of thinking and dealing with issues. This broadens my spectrum even further.
This influence does not only apply to the way I treat people. I find the constant study with its constant deepening of my knowledge a great joy. It resonates with me and my life experiences. It opens up new ways of looking at things and opens up new paths.
